BALI, THE NUSANTARA POST- On the sidelines of the B20 event, Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) attended a meeting with businessmen from the Republic of Korea at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Badung Regency, Bali Province, on Monday (14/11/2022). President Jokowi arrived at the venue with the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol.
The two Presidents first took pictures with Korean and Indonesian businessmen before the event started. After that, the Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Arsjad Rasjid, read out a list of a number of memorandums of understanding or MoUs that had been agreed upon by both the government and businessmen of the two countries.
Before heading to the event titled Korea-Indonesia Business Roundtable, President Jokowi and President Yoon first met and talked. President Yoon said he was happy to be able to visit Indonesia and meet President Jokowi.
“It’s nice to meet the President again, I’ve met him three times. Today I visited several event venues and could feel the many efforts being made, especially President Jokowi to prepare for this event (G20),” said President Yoon.
President Yoon also thanked President Jokowi for his condolences for the tragedy that occurred in Itaewon some time ago.
“I thank Mr. Jokowi for expressing his condolences for the tragedy in Itaewon,” he said.
Also accompanying President Jokowi at the Korea-Indonesia Business Roundtable were Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Investment/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Indonesian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Gandi Sulistiyanto, Head of B20 Indonesia Shinta Kamdani, and Head of the IKN Authority Agency Bambang Susantono (Wan)

Presiden Jokowi Hadiri Pertemuan dengan Pebisnis Korea
Di sela-sela acara B20, Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menghadiri pertemuan dengan para pengusaha Republik Korea di Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, pada Senin (14/11/2022). Presiden Jokowi tiba di tempat acara bersama Presiden Republik Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol.
Kedua Presiden terlebih dahulu berfoto bersama dengan para pengusaha Korea dan pengusaha Indonesia sebelum acara dimulai. Selepas itu, Ketua KADIN Indonesia, Arsjad Rasjid, membacakan daftar sejumlah nota kesepahaman atau MoU yang telah disepakati baik oleh pemerintah maupun para pengusaha kedua negara.
Sebelum menuju acara bertajuk Korea-Indonesia Business Roundtable tersebut, Presiden Jokowi dan Presiden Yoon terlebih dahulu bertemu dan berbincang. Presiden Yoon mengaku senang bisa berkunjung ke Indonesia dan bertemu Presiden Jokowi.
“Senang bertemu dengan Presiden kembali, saya sudah bertemu tiga kali. Hari ini saya mengunjungi beberapa tempat acara bisa merasakan banyak upaya dilakukan terutama Presiden Jokowi untuk mempersiapkan acara ini (G20),” ujar Presiden Yoon.
Presiden Yoon juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Presiden Jokowi yang turut berduka cita atas tragedi yang terjadi di Itaewon beberapa waktu lalu.
“Saya berterima kasih kepada Bapak Jokowi atas ungkapan bela sungkawa atas tragedi di Itaewon,” ucapnya.
Turut mendampingi Presiden Jokowi dalam acara Korea-Indonesia Business Roundtable yaitu Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto, Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Basuki Hadimuljono, Menteri Investasi/Kepala BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Duta Besar RI untuk Republik Korea Gandi Sulistiyanto, Ketua B20 Indonesia Shinta Kamdani, dan Kepala Badan Otorita IKN Bambang Susantono (Wan)
