JAKARTA, THENUSANTARAPOST.COM – President Prabowo Subianto officially inaugurated four new ministers and one deputy minister in the Red-and-White Cabinet for the remainder of the 2024–2029 term. The ceremony took place at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Monday afternoon (Sept 8, 2025).
The inauguration was carried out based on Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 86/P of 2025 on the Dismissal and Appointment of Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the Red-and-White Cabinet.
Newly Appointed Officials
Those sworn into office were:

Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa as Minister of Finance

Mukhtarudin as Minister of Migrant Worker Protection/Head of BP2MI

Ferry Joko Yuliantono as Minister of Cooperatives

Mochamad Irfan Yusuf as Minister of Hajj and Umrah

Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak as Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah
Oath of Office
During the ceremony, President Prabowo personally led the oath of office.
“I swear to remain loyal to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945, and to uphold all laws and regulations as faithfully as possible in service to the nation and state. I swear to uphold the ethics of my office, to work to the best of my ability, and to carry out my duties with full responsibility,” the President dictated as the officials repeated the oath.

The ceremony concluded with congratulations extended by President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming, followed by other guests in attendance.
Also present at the event were state institution leaders, ministers and deputy ministers of the Red-and-White Cabinet, Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) General Agus Subiyanto, and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo (Wan)
