JAKARTA, THE NUSANTARA POST- If Mandalika, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) becomes the host of the MotoGP match, Jakarta will have the MotoGP Parade today, starting from the State Palace to the Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout.
There will be at least 20 racers who will participate in the parade to welcome the Indonesian MotoGP. They will take a short route from the Merdeka Palace and end at the Kempinski Hotel, Wednesday (16/3/2022).
According to Dorna’s statement some time ago, the riders participating in the agenda consisted of 16 MotoGP riders, including Marc Marquez, the Ducati duo Francesco Bagnaia and Jack Miller, plus 2 representatives of Moto2, 1 Moto3 and 1 Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup.
The event started with a meeting of the riders with President Joko Widodo at the Merdeka Palace. They will have breakfast together while talking.

In the parade there will be 80 motorbikes, of which 20 will be ridden by representatives of grand prix racing and 60 others from various manufacturers in Indonesia, who will participate in MotoGP. Reportedly there are 2 Indonesian riders who are members of the group.
From the Merdeka Palace, the group will cross Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Jalan MH Thamrin and end at the Kempinski Hotel (Wan)
