JAKARTA,THE NUSANTARA POST- The National Capital City Project (IKN) Nusantara attracts investors’ interest. More than 20 investors are reportedly interested in investing in IKN Nusantara.
Sidik Pramono, chairman of the Nusantara IKN Communication Team at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), said potential investors came from various countries. “What is certain is that in various countries, there are also domestic investors,” said Sidik as quoted by TheNusantaraPost.com from Kontan.co.id, (5/4).
However, Sidik has not been able to elaborate further on the amount of investment value that will be obtained. This is because this assessment is only in its early stages.
Sidik continued, the government will allocate funds from the state revenue and expenditure budget (APBN) to fund a number of basic infrastructure at IKN Nusantara.
With the development of basic infrastructure, it is hoped that the interest of potential investors to invest in IKN Nusantara will be higher.
“This is a long-term development and negotiations with investors can’t just be what we want. We also certainly accommodate what kind of investors’ interests. This is a two-party agreement, terms and conditions must also be agreed upon by both parties,” added Sidik (Kontan/TNP)***
